We usually produce and deliver in 3-5 working days after we receive the full payment of your order. The shipment will take additional 3-5 days.

We take quality seriously, but if your sign arrives defective or isn't working as expected, please open and inspect it immediately upon delivery. You must report any issues within 7 days of receiving your order. Simply email us at info@voltsigns.com with details and photos of the issue. Once we review and approve your case, we'll send you a free replacement part to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Your sign is delivered in a specially designed wooden chest, developed specifically to ensure it arrives safely and securely.

Next to the purchased sign, there is a QR code for sign installation.


With the help of this QR code, the installation is done with the help of the sign installation auxiliary video.
