We are happy with how the logo looks. The person who installed this showed us how weak and flexible the nails were that came with the installation kit. This is disappointing, as he wasn't able to let the logo stick out a bit out of the moss since he feared that if it wasn't drilled all the way, it would fall. This wouldn't be a big deal if it weren't for the fact that our logo is illuminated, and if we could have it sticking out a bit more, then the illumination could show more. I also wouldn't want something this big to have weak nails, either. Otherwise, the logo looks great.

It depends on visibility, lighting, and how customers find you. For restaurants and storefront retail, illuminated signs (backlit acrylic, channel letters, blade signs) work hardest because they pull walk-by traffic day and night. For offices, clinics, and law firms, dimensional 3D logos and flat-cut metal letters work better in lobby and reception spaces. Send us a photo of your space and we'll recommend the right type.
Do you handle the permit process for storefront signs?
Yes. If your project requires a city or building permit (typical for exterior illuminated signs), we manage the application and submission. You provide the property details and we handle the rest. Add 2 to 4 weeks to your timeline for permit approval depending on your municipality.
What's the typical timeline from order to install?
For most custom signs, design takes 1 to 3 days, production runs 5 to 7 days, and US shipping takes 5 to 7 days. Total from approved mockup to in-hand: about 2 to 3 weeks. Permitted exterior projects add 2 to 4 weeks for permit approval. Indoor signs without permits can ship within 7 to 10 business days.
Can you match my brand colors exactly?
Yes. We work from your brand guidelines, Pantone codes, or hex values. For acrylic signs we color-match using paint or printed vinyl. For metal signs we use powder coating in your specified color. We send a digital mockup before production so you can confirm before we cut a single piece.
