Production and shipping timelines can vary based on your order type and shipping method. As a general estimate, most orders are completed and delivered within:

  • Minimum: 6 business days

  • Maximum: 40 business days

These estimates cover both manufacturing and delivery but may vary depending on the specifics of your order.

What Affects Turnaround Time?

Several factors determine how quickly your custom sign arrives:

1. Type of Sign Ordered

  • Some signs, such as LED Neon Signs, are completed in as little as 6 business days.

  • Larger or more complex signage may require more time for production and quality control.

2. Design Confirmation

  • Production begins only after you confirm your design details.

  • Delays in confirming the design may result in extended lead times.

3. Payment Confirmation

  • We start production once your full payment is received and verified.

  • Orders with delayed payments may see a shift in estimated delivery timelines.

4. Final Production Photo Approval

  • Prior to shipping, we’ll send you a final image of your completed sign.

  • Prompt approval ensures that we can dispatch your order without delay.

5. Shipping Method Chosen

  • Air Freight: Fast delivery—typically a few days after dispatch.

  • Sea Freight: Cost-effective, but may take several weeks (especially for international deliveries).

When Does Turnaround Time Begin?

Turnaround time officially begins the next working day after we receive:

  • Confirmed full payment, and

  • Your approval of the final design and production images.

Additional Notes

  • Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

  • Orders with bulk quantities, specialty materials, or advanced customization may require additional time.

  • We’ll keep you updated throughout the production and shipping process for full transparency.
