Order Confirmation & Production
Before your custom sign goes into production, we’ll confirm your design and order details.
Please review everything carefully and let us know immediately if any changes are needed.
If we don’t hear from you in time, your order may proceed as confirmed and may not be eligible for modification or cancellation.
Cancellations & Custom Orders
Because all signs are made to order, we do not accept returns for custom products.
However, we allow cancellations only if your sign has not yet entered the production phase.
To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at info@voltsigns.com.
Once your item enters production, we cannot cancel or refund the order.
Damaged Deliveries
If your sign arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

Notify both the delivery carrier and Volt Signs within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Provide photo or video evidence of the damage, including packaging, to help us verify the issue.
⚠️ Note: Failing to report damage within the 48-hour window may void your eligibility for a replacement or resolution.
Warranty & Repairs
All custom signs from Volt Signs come with a 1-year limited warranty.
If something goes wrong within that time, please email us with clear images or videos showing the damage or defect.
We’ll either ship a replacement part or offer an appropriate solution—at no additional cost.
Shipping Errors
We make every effort to ensure your order arrives accurately and on time.
If the shipping carrier confirms delivery but your item is missing:

We’ll work directly with the carrier to investigate and assist you through the process.
Although we're not liable for confirmed deliveries that go missing, we’ll always do our best to support you.
Natural Variations & Color Differences
Please note:

Slight differences in color, texture, or dimensions may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products.

Variations may also result from screen settings or printer calibration.
By placing an order with Volt Signs, you acknowledge and accept these small differences as part of the custom signage experience.
Inspection Upon Delivery
We kindly ask that you inspect your order upon arrival.
If you notice defects, damage, incorrect quantities, or other issues, report them within 48 hours.
Send a description along with supporting photos to info@voltsigns.com.
We’ll review your report and respond in a timely manner.
Orders not reported within the 48-hour window will be considered complete and accepted.
